For immediate release: Winnipeg, Manitoba, February 9, 2009. Canadas National Womens Bandy team played a two game series with the US National Womens Bandy team in Roseville, Minnesota, February 7 & 8, 2009. The two game series was played at the John Rose Oval in Roseville Minnesota, home to the US National Bandy program. The two game series was scheduled when the Womens World Championship was postponed for one year due to the global financial slowdown, but will be resumed in Drammen, Norway in February,2010
